Chain lubrication is a pain.
If you forget, your chain will wear out quickly, causing unnecessary damage and additional costs. If you overdo it, you’ll end up with oily splatters all over your bike not to mention that annoying mess. You don’t want to stop mid-ride to lube your chain, and when it rains, it’s even worse. Wet conditions make lubrication even more difficult, leading to increased wear and tear.
OiliO solves all of this.
OiliO takes the hassle out of motorcycle chain maintenance. With a built-in GPS module, it continuously tracks your speed and distance traveled, analyzing your riding habits to determine exactly when your chain needs lubrication. Based on this data, its high-precision pump delivers lubricant exactly where it’s needed with exceptional accuracy and just the right amount.
No more over-oiling, under-oiling, or stopping mid-ride. OiliO works quietly and reliably in all weather conditions, keeping your chain in peak condition while you simply enjoy the ride.
🔍 How Does OiliO Work?
OiliO isn’t just an oiler. It’s a cutting-edge, intelligent lubrication system designed to seamlessly integrate into your riding experience.
The OiliO main unit consists of an electronic control unit, GPS module, precision metering pump, oil level sensor and oil tank. The control unit uses the GPS module to detect the speed and distance covered by your motorcycle. It calculates the amount of oil the chain needs with microliter precision and activates the precision pump. The system does not use a timer for lubrication, instead it uses the total distance covered (chain revolutions) and the vehicle speed.
OiliO has modes for different usage scenarios. It provides the exact amount of oil the chain needs in driving conditions such as urban, intercity, rainy roads, dusty/muddy roads. You can connect to the unit with your mobile phone and enter information about your motorcycle and chain to ensure the algorithm works correctly and to customize the modes.
It has fully electronic control. Therefore, in the future, you can update the software wirelessly with your mobile phone without removing the system from your motorcycle. New modes and behaviors will be offered as updates according to your feedback and new ideas. You will not be asked to buy a new unit for new software features. You will have lifetime update support.

OiliO is easily controlled with a single button and a notification light, conveniently located within easy reach while riding. With this button, you can check the system’s status, monitor the oil level, and switch between different modes.

The built-in GPS module continuously monitors your speed and distance covered. OiliO uses this data to calculate exactly when and how much lubrication your chain needs, ensuring optimum performance without waste.
💧 Precision-Controlled Pumping
Forget inconsistent dripping or gravity-fed mess. OiliO uses a high-precision pump to deliver lubricant drop by drop, with surgical accuracy. Just the right amount, exactly where it’s needed, every time.
📊 Live Oil Level Monitoring
OiliO has an advanced system that continuously monitors the oil level in the reservoir and provides real-time data. As oil is consumed, the system updates the current level, ensuring you always have an accurate and up-to-date reading. This precise monitoring lets you know exactly when the oil level is low and when it’s time to refill. Press the button once and Oilio will tell you the percentage of oil amount by flashing the notification light from 1 to 10.
♻️ Effortless, Mess-Free Refilling
No need to remove or open the unit. Just place the outlet hose into an oil bottle, activate Refill Mode, and the pump reverses to draw oil back into the reservoir. It’s clean, quick, and convenient.
🛑 Automatic Anti-Drip Retraction
After parking your motorcycle, OiliO ensures no unwanted drips. While a drop or two is negligible, when you always park in the same spot, you definitely don’t want those drops accumulating over time. After the engine stop, the pump automatically retracts a small amount of oil from the hose to prevent any residual dripping.

- Normal Mode
OiliO analyzes GPS data to lubricate precisely when needed. - Rain Mode
Double-press the button to activate. The system increases oil dosage. A subtle blue blink reminds you it’s on. - Post-Wash Mode
Triple-press the button after washing your bike. The system releases a generous dose over 1 km of riding (30–60 km/h). It then switches back to Normal Mode automatically.

💡 Minimal Size. Maximum Function.
Oilio is small and shy. It doesn’t like to be seen:
OiliO, measuring only 2 x 2 x 4.3 inches (5 x 5 x 11 cm), fits seamlessly onto your motorcycle without taking up unnecessary space. You don’t need to keep it somewhere you can always reach it. Thanks to its small dimensions, you can even put it under the seat of your motorcycle.
There’s no need to reach for it when it’s time to refill. Simply remove the oil hose from the nozzle and place it in the oil bottle. The pump will work in reverse, completely filling the oil tank in a few minutes.
